Car was dirty inside, a size smaller than I expected, tires were low and had me sliding in the rain, windshield wipers needed replacing, and it stunk of cigarette smoke.6.0 Okay

I had a dispute with Thrifty about a scratch on a rental that I was not responsible for and didn't do. So now I am on their DNR list which I guess is your DNR list also. I won't rent from you in the future but you should have told me upfront when I made my online reservation instead of telling me you can't rent to me at the counter. Budget was great with no paranoia about scratches and a quick drop off.Thrifty

Car was not ready upon pick up. Snow was not cleared and the customer should not have to do this upon pick up. Also drop off location was not at or near the airport as described. Nor was there A sign on the building except for a banner. Poorly lit area.4.8 Mediocre
