The hotel was recently renovated, in 2018 to be exact. Check in to the hotel at 4:00 pm and check out is at 11:00 am. It is a non-smoking hotel that allows only service animals on the property. The minimum age to book and register for a room is 21.

The hotel offers many amenities and services. There is free made-to-order breakfast, drinks, and snacks at the evening reception and all rooms are two-room suites. There is a refrigerator, microwave, sofa bed, living room, private bedroom, two double beds, armchair, activity table, 32-inch TVs, clock radio, bathroom with marble vanity, plush and soft towels, and a tub and shower combo.
