Location, but only because I am working in downtown Seattle. Excellent access to SeaTac and would recommend highly for anyone song business in the airport area. Cheaper and nicer than the chain hotels in the area. Exceptional service and fabulous comfort and awesome environment. I would make it my long term lodging choice, except for where I am working.
Loved the environment, the friendly staff and luxurious but homey feel.
Quiet room, very clean, nice staff. Wish I could have stayed longer.
Comfortable room, nice deep bath tub, complimentary snack bar, beautiful grounds.
Management was overwhelmed and front desk staff was answering phones while helping customers check in. It took us probably 2 hours to check in due to all the calls and they seemed more interested in other customers then us.
Beautiful hotel and great food. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger from room service and it was delicious. The complimentary breakfast includes bagels, pastries, eggs, fruit, yogurt, coffee and juice. One of the best complimentary breakfasts I have had!
Room was small and I found hairs in the bath tub. Also noisy, I could hear every time my neighbors came and went because their doors would slam. Not very pleasant if you want to get a good night's sleep. I was in room 1223 and there was a lot of slamming doors first thing in the morning.
Wonderful hotel with fantastic facilities and grounds. The complimentary breakfast was very good and the rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. I will be back.
No mention of the $20.00 parking fee until I received my bill under the door in the morning.
Hard to believe that this great hotel is so close to SEA airport. The grounds are amazing, the rooms are extremely comfortable, and the food was amazing. Probably the best value hotel-wise that I have experienced outside of Asia. The little extras like the complementary snacks in the social areas, the house-cured smoked salmon and the friendliness of the staff makes this hotel one of the best for the price anywhere.
I truly enjoyed staying here. It reminded me of The Grand California Hotel and spa at Disneyland. That pretty much sums it up!
Love the complimentary snack bar. Beds were amazing, staff was helpful. Absolutely one of the nicest affordable stays in Seattle , this will now be my come to place while visiting.
Great place near SeaTac airport, but you wouldn't know it. Restaurant was great. Rooms were just enough space and well appointed. Grounds were impressive. Highly recommended
The only negative would be that you couldn't walk anywhere. It's a bit isolated, but that would not stop me from going back at all.
