I got clean, but that's all I can say.
1. Hot water was WAY too hot ...scalding hot 2. While showering, the faucet kept creeping towards Hot and this caused the shower to get scalding hot 'automatically' while trying to shower - a burn risk 3. Shower head was an interesting artistic design, but floppy and would not stay where adjusted. Between having to constantly readjust the faucet (temperature) and the shower head, it was quite difficult to shower without getting burned, let alone try to enjoy it.
Loud door slamming in the morning.
My first room I went to had someone already checked in. The desk apologized and assigned me another room.
I loved that it is directly across the street from SEA-TAC. So close that you can walk from the hotel to airport front door in 5 minutes. I also love how close it is to the light rail station. Only 35 minute ride to downtown.
There are only a few food choices within walking distance. Subway, Thai food, bar & grill. And no convenience stores are close.
Bed was good, room was fine. Lots of parking, easy to find. Pleasant, quiet, good to come back to after a busy day.
Very convenient, rooms were clean and comfortable.
Hotel charges $20/day to park but not listed on Kayak.
Location, clean, modern, spacious rooms, newspaper
room was clean, comfortable bed. Staff was friendly
No vending machine on the 7th floor. carpets need to be replaced.
We walked from SeaTac airport because the hotel is literally across the street from the airport exit. Late check in but staff was pleasant. We were pleasantly surprised to have been upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite. The hotel is clean with a restaurant on site. However it closes at 10pm. The light rail station is on the opposite end of the airport. This hotel is centrally located for travelers. This was our third stay at this property. Will stay here again when we're in Seattle. There is a Free airport shuttle as well.
I called the hotel ahead of our arrival and was glad I did. Get-a-room and the Radisson had some sort of mix up and the hotel didn't have our reservation. After calling Get-a-room, they straightened everything out satisfactorily.
Convince to airport and it is a great hotel
Needs better menu
The only negative was getting stuck in the elevator after dinner on March 24 for approximately 20 minutes.
Beds were comfortable; rooms seemed very clean! Room was exactly as I had requested and it was very quiet for a hotel stay. I would stay there again!
Staff was friendly and okay, but I think so busy trying to do both phone and face-to-face it felt hurried/rushed...But polite. Also, vending machines were out of soda on three floors, including the main floor. :( Both areas are fixable, so hopefully it will be for your stay which will make it excellent!
I was very pleased with the convenience of the location, the shuttle service, the comfort of the room, the amenities available, and the entire experience. Unfortunately I was only there one night, in transit from London to Hawaii, otherwise I would have made more use of the available extras. I thought the design of the shower head was unique enough to take a photo so I can try to get one at home.
Nothing that I can think of.
Closeness to airport
Horribly dated, mold on bathroom tile, water damage on floors, wallpaper peeling, drains extremely slow, no towel bar near sink, poorly maintained. Staff very good, hotels.Com charged me for 3 rooms instead of 2. Called and they credited the account.
If you need to be close to the airport, you can't beat this hotel
Staff was hit or miss. Guy at check in was quite crabby and not accommodating to a fellow guest who was looking for transportation. After paying 16.00 for breakfast, when I asked for a plain, black tea bag (like Lipton) the waiter told me he didn't have it and I would have to take one of their fancy flavored. Then I noticesd that Lipton tea bags are in every room!! However, the woman at check out was very helpful with a fed ex I needed to ship.
near to airport and have 24hrs transfer from airport.
I expected the hotel to be more luxurious for the rate they charge. This is strictly a place to stay for the night while waiting to get somewhere better.
