Room was fine, not fancy. I appreciate it being clean.
Someone had smoked in the hallway. Odor did eventually go away.
Location to valley fair
Poor selection for breakfast
Received a call at 8:00 am from the desk telling us that the water was going to turned off in about 30 minutes. We had not planned on checking out until 11:00 am.
room was clean and comfortable. It was exactly what we needed, an affordable room close to Valley Fair. We got what we paid for, a clean safe place to stay for a couple nights.
The 'continental breakfast' left a lot to be desired even for a 2.5 star. They should not even advertise that they have one. The expectation of having one left me frustrated to find some bread, bagels, butter and jelly with some pre-wrapped bear claws.
Friendly and helpful staff
Public areas smelled of cigarette smoke
Hotel smack in a gas station for large trucks. All night noise of fueling pumps. There's a night rest area for trucks too. A continous noise of truck engines running all night coming from trucks at rest, but keeping engines running for air-condition
Proximity to valley fair.
Continental breakfast consisted of gas station muffins, bread, and a toaster.
The bed was wonderful. Slept perfect!
Hard to believe that this hotel had a 2 rating. It was quiet, but only had a handful of occupants.
Small parking lot. Bagels and packaged swet roll does not make much of a breakfast. Breakfast hours started at 7AM
Definitely not a two star, more like a one or less. Breakfast was a bagel or toast and juice The coffee pot was empty and I checked twice within twentty minutes.
For what we were doing, the location was good.
The greeter was pushing the reward card on me when we checked in.
location to chanhassen dinner theater
priceline charged $18 more than if i had paid the walk-in charge. reviews said free restaurant breakfast came with room.NOT! worst continental breakfast ever!Desk guy did his best to make us happy but hands were tied as far as breakfast and room charges
Staff was really nice.
It's location was perfect and right next to a Perkins Restaurant
The TV did not work real good and the available channels were not as many as most motels. We didn't go for the breakfast because it seemed like they did not have a normal size breakfast.
Nothing amazing, but for the price it was a very good deal. The room was small, but very clean and had everything I needed. The staff was friendly and the location was perfect for me.
The photos of the rooms on the website were not what our room looked like. The photos on the website looked as though they had updated the rooms with the white comforters; however, we had the old flower comforters and one of them had an iron burn on it. The bathroom had paint peeling and chipping almost everywhere and looked as though someone had just used the bathroom (toilet paper still in toilet). Before booking through Priceline, I had called the hotel to get a price for 4 people, which was the same price I paid through Priceline, but then when I got to the hotel, the front desk clerk wanted to charge me an extra $5-10 per person for the 2 'extra' people. Not a bad hotel if you're just looking for a place to sleep for the night, but also not worth the amount we paid for one night either.
