When I arrived, there were no cars available. There was a group of about 15 of us that were told we had to wait 2-3 hours for a car, this after standing in line for an hour just to check in.2.0 Poor

I can't say anything positive about dollar.Cons:
I had to wait an hour and a half for a vehicle. The car they gave me wasn't as nice as what I booked. It smelled like incense and vape. I would not recommend booking with Dollar. Kayak was trying to pass me off to Budget to resolve the issue. Dollar was telling me to talk to Kayak. I do not like renting through third party companies such as Kayak. No accountability or care for the customer.Thrifty

I was assigned a car but it was not in it's location. I had to find an employee to find another car for me, which took about 15 minutes. The car I received was dirty and definitely wasn't cleaned beyond pre-covid standards. I'm not a germ freak, but greasy fingerprints on the screen and doors and a greasy feeling steering wheel are just nasty.6.4 Okay

The price and the vehicle was great.Cons:
At pickup, the vehicle was not ready, and had to wait. The help desk seemed to not want to be working. There was no information given about the return of the vehicle. I had to ask about return from the man working the gate, but even that was not enough. At return, there was no one to close the transaction, Just a sign saying to leave the keys in the car. I had to work with customer service for the next two days to get the extra daily charges removed from my credit card account because no one at the drop off location closed the account. I'll not rent from Thrifty and associated companies again.9.6 Wonderful

Nothing. The customer service was horrible they called me to confirm I showed up to pick up the rental they didn’t have it then they said they were going to bring me a car within the hour didn’t happen. Then they called me six hours laterCons:

Cons:
The enterprise that the rental was booked through, did not have the reservation and then proceeded to try and put us in a smaller vehicle for more money. Told us they didn’t have have a similar vehicle to what was reserved and good luck finding one. Will never use them or Kayak again.10.0 Wonderful
