The office person was VERY DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND ON THE PHONE AND HE WAS RATHER RUDE. He hung up on me after acting bored when I asked directions.
Sheets and towels were dirty and stained. Breakfast items were stale or outdated. Didn't feel safe in the area either.
Breakfast had no protein except hardboiled eggs.
Very friendly service
The heater was not working correctly. It kept turning on and off all night long. We had to turn it off because it was keeping me awake.
The king room was huge. It was outdated, but quiet and they allow pets for only $10. The night staff was very polite and the breakfast was ok.
It was a little far from the interstate and my Garmin couldn't find it so I just kept driving until I found it.
The free breakfast was nice. They offered pastries, several kinds of cereal, coffee, orange or apple juice and best of all a fresh made waffle bar.
Staff and the room in general.
The mattress was very hard (like sleeping on a board). If the bed had been adequate, I would have rated a 7 overall.
Staff was very helpful,
I've stayed here before and the staff is very friendly.
The breakfast isn't much at all, but that really isn't a big deal to me.
The room was clean and quite. The mattress was comfortable
The hotel was run down and needs a face lift. The Room rate was high for the quality of the hotel and room. It was the least expensive room I could rent in the town that I could book over the internet. Not very impressive hotel.
I had to pay more $ for having my dog with me. The place was not what I expected.
nice place with good prices
the bathtub was falling apart could not use had tape to fix the tub , I have pics, also I turned on the heater and the whole room started smelling like burnt unine. I took a shower and left didn't ask for a refund didn't then I would get one.
Road construction right in front of motel made it very hard to get to. Old air conditioners hanging out the windows. My traveling friend and myself were afraid to go inside. We cancelled our reservation and lost out on our money.
It was Clean
I don't believe that the 'king deluxe room' exists but is a scam because after having reserved it they said it was not available and gave me a double queen instead which had no microwave.
When trying to check in at 1:30 a.m. there was a question if the room was paid for. The desk clerk was offensive when we were tired and had all of the documentation in hand. The problem was resolved but not before waking my parents at 2:45 a.m!
The staff was friendly and engaging.
The free breakfast left something to be had.
Spare breakfast. Little space for people to get their food. Watered down coffee and juice. Based on that experience I wouldn't choose this hotel chain again.
Very Clean and a newly remodeled room, very nice.
Water faucet handle was loose.
Mini-refrigerator worked good and TV was good.
This hotel is quite a ways from the interstate. However, it is close to a steakhouse and Mexican restaurant in downtown Sidney.
Where to start. First, this building was really hot. We noticed that someone had propped open a door at the end of the hall, and that was why. This was a security door that was to stay locked at all times, and could only be opened with your room key. Yet, there it was, propped wide open because it was too hot to tolerate. Very secure. We weren't the only people who noticed the heat, I guess. When we got to our room, we turned on the air conditioning. It never cooled off, because the air kept shutting itself off during the night. Second, the shower curtain was dirty on the inside, and the shower itself took around an hour to drain. This place is horrible! Third, we put water bottles in the refrigerator that was in our room, but they didn't stay cold because the management had turned the cooling level all the way down. Once we turned it back up, it seemed to work.... I can understand that they didn't want to waste the energy while the room was not rented, but it seems that management was very cheap in every aspect. They don't use fitted sheets on the beds. They used a flat sheet, which does not work. Plus, there were blankets underneath the sheet, and they were dirty. Pathetic. The guy who checked us in couldn't really speak English. Spend the extra money, and get a good room!
