Amara Singapore Description

A very modern design hotel near the MRT stop. Walking distance to Chinatown and part of the business district. sg 10/06 The hotel stands out on it own amongst the shophouses but further in the background are the skyscrapers of the business district. Connected to the building is a shopping mall called the Amara shopping centre. Located in the district of Tanjong Pagar, the area straddles between Chinatown and the business district. Down the road is Duxton which is a famous pub and restaurant area. Across the road from the hotel is a hawker centre and wet market. The MRT station of Tanjong Pagar is behind the hotel, about a 3 minute walk.
