Total package. Good room, good service, good location.
Everything was clean and well kept; beds were very comfortable; lobby, lounge and restaurant had great atmosphere and were very inviting; nice fitness center and business center; free (and prompt) shuttle to/from airport was a real plus.
Somehow there was a miscommunication with housekeeping staff and they didn't make up our room daily, but instead slipped a $5 'green' voucher for use at the hotel's restaurant.
Very accommodating as far as grouping all of our rooms together on a very busy weekend (the hotel was full).
Food way overpriced. Quality did not match the cost. Wait staff was marginal in attending to our needs.
Clean spacious rooms. Friendly service with a nice restaurant.
Quick responses to any problems we needed taken care of (broken light bulb, internet not working for us in our room). Very friendly staff, very clean motel.
nice, comfortable room
Wonderful restaurant and bar. Waitresses at the restaurant are friendly and professional
The bed was awesome, very comfortable
I couldn't get the shower head to work correctly
The staff were the best. They cared about me and my dog. It's the best place!!!
Carpet stained and sticky. Room did not get made up 1 day. Full size beds instead of Queen size.
the hotel was nice and accommodating.
it was LOUD! the hotel bar that is open until midnight is located in the center of the hotel. it is extremely loud and disturbing until midnight each night.
No free wifi. Noise from bar was loud even after midnight.
The beds and bedding. The staff was very professional, helpful, and friendly.
The room really was not clean. Vacuuming was minimal. Stains on carpet. Stuff under glass on TV stand/dresser. Room seemed outdated. Didn't live up to my expectation of the Sheraton name.
Was given a room in the old part of the hotel. Room was smelly. Reported this to the front desk and was handed a can of Frabrez. The room was also very warm, put the the thermostat down to 65, but still was so warm I could not sleep.
The hotel staff were friendly.
The room had stains on the floor, crusty grime on the closet door, greasy prints on the window, stains on the bedding, the light next to the bed didn't work, and the toilet was backed up upon arrival.
Nice room, convenient location. Friendly and helpful staff. Free parking!
No refrigerator in the room.
Corporate was very friendly. Local management was not at all.
I have never been treated so poorly by hotel management ever. I have never had a problem with Sheraton until I had to deal with Sioux Falls! I would highly recommend finding a different hotel!
No refrigerator....when traveling with infants a refrigerator is necessary for milk, etc. Vending machines were empty.
Food in the restaurant was gpod value and presentation was great. The indoor water fall was beautiful.
The room had hair in the bathtub . Towels in the pool area were thin and small. They did not provide, a robe or turn down service. The room lacked basic amenities like a refrigerator and microwave. The room was ugly and a plain.
Nothing save your money & stay at a motel 6
Everything for worst 3 star motel we have ever stayed in
The hotel was very clean and spacious and staff were great
This hotel happens to be located near an event center so when i returned to the hotel after some shopping there wasnt a parking space at all. the closest parking spot was 4 blocks away from the hotel. Also very loud guest on the floor i stayed on.
The water park was amazing. Very fun for littler kiddos.
The hotel itself was older, dirty, not well kept. Our heater didn't work. Wind was blowing through the window. Stained carpets. Drain didn't drain quickly in the shower.
The staff was very nice and helpful. Its conveniently attached to the convention center.
The bar is located in an open area in the center of the hotel and my door had a gap under it. It was very loud until the bar closed. It is ridiculous that they still charge for internet.
Beatiful rooms and great location for the event.
No fridge, no microwave, no complementary continental breakfast. Had a cold shower the next morning, don't know why. Others at the event said the same thing.
Room and courteous staff.
They tried to charge me for WiFi. I suppose I could have afforded it but charging extra for it is a huge annoyance factor.
I hate smokers, they allow them to stink up the rooms and complaints fall on deaf ears. I returned one night and I could smell the smoke all the way down the hallway. There must be 10 people smoking in this area and it is so bad that my bed sheets smell
Front desk clerks were friendly.
They were having construction done. This was not disclosed prior to booking the room. The work made the entry into the hotel difficult and time consuming, created irritating dust, and made it noisy. Could not stay as planned. Went elsewhere.
location was good and the staff was pleasant
no wi-fi in room. 4.50 for a bottle of water which was sitting right beside the coffee maker....making one believe the water was complimentary
No loud air conditioners going on and off all night.
The sheets were very noisy, almost rubbery. Not comfortable at all.
it looked nice
mold smell-moldy tissues you couldn't use- blood stains on bedding-food in restaurant un edible
Staff was welcoming,quiet.
No free wi fi in each room
Was not happy we could not use pool or hottub and staff didn't seem friendly checking in one person.
Location good, attractive decor
Extremely noisy, the atrium caused noise that echoed. Lots of young kids, basketball teams, were staying there and ran wild. Double beds instead of queen size. Stiff sheets. Had to pay for wifi and breakfast.
