Pros:The employee was very friendly and welcoming and she gave me a free upgrade in class.
Pros:The drop off was quick and easy.
Cons:The pickup to much too long. They needed a few of the people working to actually check people out.
Pros:The car was ready and the staff was very cooperative. Got the new car as expected and got the same car that I had booked. (No substitutes)
Cons:The Allianz insurance that was offered was not acceptable for Sixt since it didn't cover the car completely. Had to call Allianz office in the States from Germany on International roaming to cancel the policy and then had to pay 3 times as much for insurance at Sixt.
Pros:I rented a convertible and was given the Mazda M-5. It is so fun! Very fast. Handles great. Never had considered I'd like a mazda!

Because they did not deliver the car to me and asked for a higher amount than agreed upon receiving the car.
Cons:Twice Sixt gave away our prepaid rental car because we arrived more than an hour late at the counter, due to a flight delay. Even though you prepay the car in full, added your fight number on the reservation, and did not cancel the reservation, the car was handed to others and we had to return after 20-30 minutes before another car was ready.
Pros:People working for Sixt were very helpful.

Cons:I reserved a manual transmission car but was given an automatic. There were no other manual vehicles available at the time of pick-up. It could have been a better experience had the reserved car matched what was actually available.
