Domenico was amazing. He showed us our options. I reserved a compact suv and also a wagon. He suggested a wagon because of all our luggage. It worked out perfect. Domenico resolved some issues quickly. He was the best. Luana also helped out too. She was there assisting Domenico.
Pros:All the staff at Fiumicino were wonderful and very helpful. Five stars out of five!

Cons:Our flight was late and they gave our car to someone else. My son had to arrange for us to get another car at significantly more cost. Not happy with his first Experience and likely will not use Kayak again!
