Cons:All was okay. Any and all car rentals are too expensive. Could not figure out how to change radio stations. Too much new technology for older folks to grasp.
Cons:Highly recommend sixt, I reserved a luxury suv( Mercedes or similar) ended up with a Volvo xc60. What a fantastic suv! Very pleased with customer service as well. Lots of upsell offers, but I will definitely rent from them again

Pros:The woman working the counter was not the friendliest. Seemed upset I did not add additional coverage or options. The drop off attendants were much friendlier
Cons:I have rented through other agencies in the past and they were very easy to work with. It seems that Sixt wanted to charge for every little thing. The worst was a per day charge to add my husband as a driver since the booking was in my name not his. Needless to say - I was the driver for our trip.
Pros:Thought it was great getting a Mercedes Metris Minivan. It ran great and fit our family perfect! Easy pick up and drop off. Friendly shuttle drivers that take you to/from airport. Would definitely rent from here again

Pros:Friendly staff, prompt service, clean and reliable vehicle. We needed the car for a couple extra hours and had no trouble getting an extension!
