Pros:Nice new vehicle
Cons:Customer service.. Dropped off vehicle several hours before checkout and they documented it several hours later which caused an additional $65 charge as if I extended the rental one more day.. I thankfully took photos since I had to argue with their support in order for them to reverse the charge.. Will never rent from them again and no longer trust Kayak to provide quality services.

Cons:I arrived an hour late only to find that the rental counter was closed for the night. (I arrived at 9pm. They closed at 8pm. Not exactly in the middle of the night.) With no help available, I had to get a rental from another company.

Cons:The car reeked of some sort of chemical spray. I thought it would go away, but it lingered the entire weekend.

When I talk to sixt they informed me they didn't have a spot at terminal 2. When I landed I had to go to terminal 1. I contacted them again and was informed of the same thing. Then I come to find out there is a sixt at terminal 2 so somebody needs to get there stuff together and figure it out when you talk to somebody on the phone.
