Pros:The staff was very nice and helpful. But I needed a much bigger vehicle than they offered. I picked it online and paid a lot for it, but when I got there they gave me something much smaller, allegedly in the same class. For the same price! Awful
Cons:Stick to what they advertise online!
Don’t use this company. You will never be able to get in contact with customer service. I made a reservation. Tried to cancel within a few hours. Could never speak with an agent. And the cancellation fee was more expensive than the actual car rental. I ended up just eating the cost. Horrible.

Cons:Dropoff at Philadelphia a problem. Not well marked and a challenge to get to via gps. Bigger problem - no one in the parking area to check in the car. Had to go in to check in counter and would have missed shuttle if not for excellent shuttle driver.
Pros:Friendly staff - Fiona was a true pro - knowledgeable, accommodating and efficient. Same with the man I dropped off.

Cons:Someone pulling the car up to the building. Had to walk a far distance with all my luggage in snow and ice. Returned key to box and have been called 3 times about it.

Cons:I paid for a bmw or better. I was practically forced to take a Volvo or pay almost double! Volvo is not luxury!
The car smelled like cigarette smoke. They refused to give me a printed contract. They insisted that they take my photo before renting the car. When I refused, since I've never heard of such a thing, they made me wait at least 20 minutes to get a short form. Then on return, I was told I'd be reimbursed for the days I didn't use, but I was not.
