Pick up from the airport was prompt. The van has the logo on the side so watch for that instead of the typical white bus. From the time we were picked up at the airport to the time of return we were always greeted with friendly, helpful, professional staff. May, at the return center, helped us complete the return process promptly, making sure that we had no issues with the rental. Would gladly rent from this company again. Thank you Sixt!

I was a little nervous going with a big name rental company. The experience was excellent. Aimee took all of those concerns away and made us feel like we were right at home. I can’t give enough appraisal towards Aimee positive attitude and genuine drive to help the customer. Aimee, Aimee, Aimee! Aimee is an amazing superstar customer service representative for Sixt. She went beyond your typical customer service representative to ensure we were comfortable and taking care of for the start of our family vacation. I never heard of Sixt until I found them on Kayak. My expectation is set extremely high for a rental car company because of Aimee. I am definitely going to be looking for Sixt the next time I need a car rental.
While Kayak states that changes can be made for free, Sixt does not honor that and wanted to charge $250 for a date change. Also, when we arrived at Sixt in Lihue Chrissy, the Sixt representative, said that they had to redo the rental charge because the credit cards didn’t match which was not true. However, I went along with it. She assured me original charge would be refunded. When came time to pay it was $1,000 more. She said that the car I had reserved was unavailable and was attempting to rent me an Escalade. I stood my ground and somehow the car I had rented originally was there and the price I initially paid was charged. I confirmed with credit card account that she refunded and then recharged the same card. Very sneaky . Be aware.

I have had good experience with Sixt. The staff are pleasant, helped review the car usage and resoved problems. I had a Nissan Altima SUV which was good for me.
Everyone was friendly. Great service. I had a problem with a car and they exchanged it with a better car at the same price. Sixt is now my goto rental car company
I made my reservation months in advance requesting a small SUV, but when I arrived they had none. What is the point of making a reservation if the vehicle is not available upon arrival? They offered me other larger vehicles, which I finally accepted, otherwise I would be without a vehicle. Was very unhappy driving a large SUV in unfamiliar locations.
