Pros:The car was nice and clean, the rental location staff were friendly and professional.
Cons:The location address stated on the Rental Agreement was incorrect. I wasted 30 minutes going to the address on the Rental Agreement and struggled to get hold of anybody on the provided phone numbers - they were not answered. Once I finally got an answer I was told that the location had changed approximately 2 months ago!
Cons:They are charging extra amounts from my credit card without explanation. And no response to e-mails.
I rented the car through the Kayak platform, and the rental was made at Sixt, when I made the booking it was not mentioned that the maximum km was only 200kms daily. To my surprise when I delivered the carotid I pay extra kms. They also mentioned that I didn't have a full fuel tank, luckily I had taken a picture when I lifted the car, which didn't have a full tank (delivered as I got).
Pros:Agent escorted me directly from the gate to the car. Agent received the car from mr directly at the departure gate. The car was 4x4.
Cons:Expected a bigger Yukon and got Jeep Wrangler. The Jeep was rough in riding, very limited in features. In general the car wasn’t what I was looking for!!

Very bad I'm not take a Car tell now , and I need refund my money the office in air port telling me he send email to refund and I will wait tell any one contact me or tell me what after , 4 day no answers
Pros:Please beware of the common practice among the online Middlemen like Kayak and carrentals.com who promise and charge for bigger cars, but only reserve smaller and cheaper cars with the car agency.

It was the worst experience renting a car. First, the advertised price is a scam anfter adding insurance, the price doubles. I booked a standard car, only to discover that it is a Chinese car, which I do not prefer to drive, and there are no other options. Third, the down payment amount which is 2000 AED which is the highest among the companies. Especially since the car is not a luxury class. Fourthly, and most importantly, they refused to hand me the car because the credit card is in my wife’s name, despite me entering the PIN and using the same card to rent a car from them previously, and they told we will cancel the booking for free and refund your money which didn’t happen till now, they cost me 120 AED to take a taxi back and forth.
