It was very easy to Pick up, but the drop off was very confusing and there wasn’t any explanation of what to do if they lot was full (which it was). Also, when dropping off at 6am there was an empty desk with no clear directions of where to leave the keys. I ended up leaving them with a competitor company and just hoping they made it to the sixt desk. This could have been avoided if there were some directions given before drop off.
Great rental experience. We got to the check out counter before it opened but the Sixt associate was more than happy to help us and get us on our way.

Clearer instructions at drop off. There was No attendant present, so stood around for a while. There was a box that said drop keys in envelope here, but there were no envelopes.
