Pros:

The staff was excellent

Cons:

The broken rear view mirror was a repeating problem. It would not stay in position. I had to stop numerous times to readjust it because it would close onto the door while on the highway making it impossible to see out the back on the right side of the van. Not acceptable.

Pros:

The staff at Hertz Rental Car were helpful & friendly. The car was comfortable & was the best price out there. The office was in a location that was easy to get to.

Cons:

The Hertz location that I went to did not accept debit cards. It would have made my experience much better if I had been informed of that ahead of time as I had to go back home to get my credit card. Even better, I thought they did not have a viable reason for not accepting debit cards in the first place.

I love having a Hertz so close to home. Not a good choice if you're renting from the airport but for Camberville people, this is a great option!

The reservation was made for 6pm at a location which closes at 6pm meaning there was no way they could give me a car.

The car was kind of older and run down. I had to drive 500 miles in two days and it was nerve racking because the car felt like it was about to break down.

Budget was great. I requested a vehicle to be picked up @ the airport. KAYAK reserved a vehicle @ a Budget location far away. The airport Budget Manager was able to change our reservation and rent us a van with the same discounts. Budget was great; Kayak sucks!!!

Pickup location was rundown and dirty. Received a car with less than a quarter tank of gas despite having been told the tank would be full. Options were to fill it ourselves and return at the same level (adding an unanticipated stop to our itinerary) or wait an unspecified amount of time to see if one with more fuel would be returned, as allegedly refueling vehicles between rentals is not a part of their process.

The car was fine. Budget was deceptive regarding the Toll Fees. I was asked if I wanted to pre-pay for Toll's and I declined as I was told I would receive something in the mail. They are now trying to charge me $17.00 for "Toll Convenience Fee" when the toll itself was only 3 dollars.

I like the fact that the agent was willing to stay late to make sure everything worked okay. I didn't get the car I originally booked but they gave me a nice upgrade with no extra charge

My experience was good only down side was that the car was not wash and had damaged by the other owner that used it like scratch on the paint on the driver side back and the front also. Did do a video in the budget parking lot before taking the car of the scratches
