The bed was comfortable. I like that it had a refrigerator an microwave!
Some of the lights wasnt working and a smoke detector wasnt in the room.
Friendly staff, great rates
Older, it shows its age quite a bit.
The desk clerk was friendly but the maids were very unpleasant.
Very close to where we needed to be.
By 7:30 AM the breakfast area was under stocked and the hot food was cold. biscuits were good but the gravy was gone. We had to eat elsewhere.
Closeness to Memphis.
Front desk attendant was rude and the room was not ready when we arrived near 11 PM, well past the 3 PM check in time.
Good breakfast room was nice most staff was friendly
Pool was DIRTY and the bubbling part of the pool did not work
Room had cigarette butt around the bed. Towels were so small that thy were only big enough for a child. Pool hours were over early. Pool was small and in the shade so it was cold and uninviting. No hot tub. Never been to any hotel without a hot tub befor.
After a horrible experience at another hotel that night, we found this place a breath of fresh air. The staff were VERY friendly & helpful & caring! One female staff member asked about my sick sister! The rooms were VERY clean & smelled clean! No bugs! The king bed was very comfortable. The sink counters were very nice. The bathrooms were clean. No noisy a/c or people. If you are visiting the Memphis area, drive to Southaven for a hotel. MUCH nicer neighborhoods! The Quality Inn there across from Comfort Inn is nice too. Maybe not your top of the line hotels with all the amenities, but it sure felt clean & it felt great to have caring staff! They brought us extra towels & blankets & had no problem bringing out extra food when it ran out at breakfast. The breakfast was basic but good. Service with a smile! THAT you can't beat! The price was great too! There even was a security officer driving around keeping watch. There was an area with a little waterfall and pond, trees, just nice landscaping. We didn't use the pool but it seemed nice, average size for a hotel.
This is the worst Choice Hotel that we have ever stayed in. Our room was nasty. There was a terrible odor, dead bugs and even a live lizard in our room. The bedspread had big nasty stains all over it and the carpet hasn't been cleaned in a very long time. I would not stay there again. There was only one person to work the front desk and the breakfast area.
Upon arrival at this hotel, we discovered the hot tub was filthy and not working!! (the main reason we chose this hotel) When we asked about it at the desk, the manager was the absolute rudest person who could basically care less. The pool was also dirty, but they did clean it the next day. The breakfast was ok. The rooms were less than desirable, there was a huge hairball in the shower, a stain on the carpet, and the refrigerator and air conditioner did not work well. This hotel is VERY close to the airport, with planes going over every couple of minutes, including 4:00 am. Overall, we will NEVER stay at this hotel again due to the service at the desk.
Stayed here twice. Both times excellent. Deluxe continental breakfast includes bisquits and gravy, sausage, waffles, hard boiled eggs, etc. Convenient location to go to Ole Miss and MSU football games and have restaurants etc. 15 minutes away in Memphis. Rooms very cleam and roomy. Beds comfortable. Will go back next year.
This was an unexpected find. It's off the road. My children and I were traveling to memphis to for spring break. The children really enjoyed their stay as well as I. The breakfast was hot, the rooms were clean and the area was safe but away from lots of traffic. Minutes away from downtown memphis and other memphis attractions for the family.
