The Belair Beach Hotel, located on Little Bay Beach, is the only All Suite Ocean front resort on St. Maarten. It has a unique combination of hotel, timeshare and condominium facilities. Sit on your own private terrace overlooking the beach and Caribbean Sea and watch amazing sunrises and golden sunsets with Saba, St. Eustatius and St. Kitts in the distance.
