Pros:The late check in was very easy. We called the late check in number and a very friendly and helpful person arrived in a few minutes to check us in. Our condo was clean and everything worked properly. We really enjoyed our stay
Cons:We used Kayak to book our condo. The information that we received after booking gave us a check in address, which was several blocks away from the condo and did not appear to be related to Sunburst at all. We went to this address believing that this was where we were to check in and discovered we were in the wrong place. We decided to just go to the address of the condo we had rented and were able to find the real Sunburst check in office very quickly. Possibly Kayak gave us the wrong address in the information we were sent, but it was a little frustrating at the beginning.
