AC in room didn't work which meant the room was either hot (with AC on) or stuffy. Tried opening window, but way too noisy outside. Result bad sleep, which isn't good when you need to work hard the next day - the point of staying in a 'good' hotel on a business trip is to enable you to be rested and ready for work.
The location and we were facilitated with an early check in. In paricular the guys on the lower ground floor who took our luggage when we checked out were just brilliant, really friendly and informative.
Its a small thing but the base of the night stands were very dusty, and because I suffer from Athsma I am always aware of dust.
Hotel and room had everything we required, a pity it is on such a busy street.
Staff, particularly at breakfast did not seem to be organised, in fact breakfast on the first two mornings were a disaster, with waiting times of upto 20 minutes for hot food at the buffet and they were continually running out of bread, fruit juices and crockery, seemingly due to the lack of staff & organisation.
The concierge service is exceptional. The room was tidy.

yes the water in the evening was not hot, it was ok for a shower but when running a bath the temperature wasn't hot at all.
Staffs are very kind and considerate. They made us feel welcome and confortable.
