The room set up, wish they had Jacuzzi inside though
Dirty and run down.
location is fair
Very nice hotel. Perfect location for my needs. I would definitely recommend this to someone
Location and amenities
The space provided in the room...we didn't use all of the amenities it had to offer, but enjoyed the comfort of the room and how helpful the staff was...everyone was so helpful and never felt bothered by our many questions.
Can't think of anything.
Liked the suite with glasses and fridge!
Looking a bit older
nice hotel / great staff
room was a bit loud from street traffic
Staff was friendly as soon as you walked in the door.
It was an excellent value for the price and décor was updated and attractive.
staff was very accommodating
breakfast was packed with people
No double beds, Breakfast options lacking
This suite was just perfect for two seniors. We wish we were staying there longer.
Location to Glazer Children's Museum.
Furniture could use replacement.
Everything was great
Quest service guy who worked over night. Also it's a pet friendly hotel and rooms are not designated specifically for pets so my allergies were acting up the entire time. I'm also asthmatic so :( it sucked throughout the night.
Was a bonus to receive a hot breakfast.
Parking was not easy.
The room was without a doubt, the best part.
This hotel charges an additional parking fee of $14.00 plus tax per night. The most convenient place to park was little more than a dirt lot. No gate and I was told no security cameras. Anyone wanting access to the lot simply could walk right in.
The staff was friendly
rooms were outdated not at the star level it was rated
The location is really great. Easy walk to many places.
The room was nice but our glasses were dirty and the carpet near the bathroom was unraveling so it was a fall hazard. The vents were extremely dirty in the room.
The vents were full of dust which gave me a sinus attack, and a cockroach crawled over the bed when we first got there
They have suites and a decent breakfast.
Parking is not great and the rooms are a bit cramped if you using the sofa bed.
The fact that they did not have a room for us despite paying up front and having a confirmation number. I spoke with the hotel on two occasions prior to our arrival and nothing was said at that time.
it was downtown - short walk to bars/food
Priceline duped us - i told them we had 4 people and needed 2 rooms but gave us a hotel that only has rooms with 1 bed - unacceptable. The staff at the counter felt bad and said they hear this all the time. THEN FIX THE PROBLEM PRICELINE!!
Price and proximity to entertainment.
Walls are thin and you could hear the party going on at the pool. Room needs to be updated.Common area was crowded.
The staff was great & the location.
The furniture in the room was beat up. The chair had rips in the seat.
There was nothing really good.
The room smelled like smoke though we were told it was a nonsmoking room. Muffins at breakfast were stale.
The staff were all pleasant very helpful!!! N
Paying to have to Park at a Hotel is pretty disappointing in my opinion especially at 20 dollars a day I mean come.
i was happy with the hotel.. I am not happy with priceline. Priceline has decline in the rest years. I do not think this was a 3 star hotel and I really didnt get a great price for what the hotel was. I am dissappointed in pricline with and the name your own bid is a waste and I will not ever recomminde it anyone. Futher more, i will not use priceline to book any of my further trips. I did call and complanin and the customer service rep said they would give me a $50 credit toward the next time I book with priceline... but when I received the email it was a total of $50 credit expanded over 5 nights and really it was only $10 off any futher books.
The parking was a pain in the tush, the breakfast offerings were not very good. The staff didn't tell us we needed to request out room to be cleaned since we arrived very late/early in the morning. This was a subpar experience. The room was pretty good.
The parking costs money, the fact that there are no king beds available.
it was a very nice place loved the comfofy room and the little kitchen
We stayed here one night pre cruise. The room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great! Didn't see any other restaurants nearby so we ate dinner at the Courtyard by Marriott next door and that food was good. There was free shuttle service to the port in the morning.
