Location, close to Busch Gardens.
Front desk person had a creepy rave look to him. Was playing strange music on his apple watch and needed some lessons in customer service. Gave a terrible first impression.
newly renovated, smaller hotel, comfy bed and nice clean décor.
room had a bit of a damp feeling,( maybe we had a problem with the A/C ?) you could hear some guy walking in the room above us early in the morning (stomping)
The staff was very helpful and attentive, while the recent upgrades to the house and grounds was quite appealing The new on-site restaurant was s plus. The craft beer selection was impressive and the food was exceptional.
My stay wasn't long enough and some of the guests were less than hospitable.
Front staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Rooms were very nice and clean.
It was close to Busch gardens and major street for shops and restaurant
Room was smaller than expected. House keeping was not done the first day.
Room was updated
Hotel clerk was very unprofessional and rude. Bad customer service. Did not give correct room. Keys did not work had to go back to office a couple times. Clerk was on personal phone calls while I was waiting to check in. Mgr not on duty.
Location is good, pool area looks nice, room recently refurbished.
AWFUL SERVICE! Houskeeping pestered me & tried to let themselves in despite Do-Not-Disturb sign on door. One partially opened door while I was nude. Complained to General Manager who said it was 'not a big deal'. It was DEFINITELY a 'big deal' to me!
I had a great time at this location. The rooms were clean, the bed was a dream to sleep in. The staff was very nice and helpful. The free breakfast was more than I was expecting. The pool was clean and the pool area is beautiful.
I didn't like that I had to go home. I am definitely coming back.
Everything was perfect
The hotel was filthy and rundown. It was under renovation and should not have been open to the public
The pool area was beautiful.
Rooms were newly renovated: the furniture, bedding, bathropm were all in working order and very clean. The staff was helpful and nice. The hotel was overall quiet and there was a nice continental breakfast offered.
Nice people. Very clean.
They were renovating. But it was no big deal. The people and price made up for it
Spacious rooms. Clean and quite. Friendly staff. Very helpful.
We stayed only 1 night,we were going to Adventure Island.Staff was very friendly and helpfull they offer us to leave the car at the hotel and take their free shuttle to the park even do we were checking out.Breakfast was very good.Aera pool nice and clean
Large guest rooms -- all are 2 room suites with kitchenette (fridge, microwave & sink). Very nice pool and courtyard area / public spaces.
It is undergoing a total renovation, so there are a steady flow of construction workers through the day. Guest rooms show their age. Lighting is dim, rooms lack a desk.
The front desk staff was awesome
The room doors were glass!!!I was traveling alone and that made the entire experience scary. This hotel is not in the best part of town. Also, the smell. The room seems clean, but the perfumy smell burned your nose.
The location to Busch Gardens was great
it was under construction and there was a lot of noise due to the work
