Pros (+) We did not have breakfast, was that supposed to be part of the deal? If so we were not told. They allowed us to check in 2 hours early. That was about it on the "good" list for this hotel.
Cons (-) Sheet had long dark hair on it (my hair is short and blonde), feathers stuck up through the sheet and pinched. Did not have a remote for the TV, called for a remote and brought it but it didn't work. Called front desk and they said we had to come down and get batteries. Did that and remote still didn't work.
