First they refused rental because they were out of cars we asked them to cancel, then I called on the 4th to see where our refund was now 2 weeks later still waiting for refund because Thrifty is looking into it

Pick up and drop off was a breeze, the price was excellent just wish the car had mats in it and it would haven't been washed better and dried off without water spots.

Speedy. Only issue was car options were minimal and not what I reserved.

The people at the service counter were friendly and tried to be helpful, however, they could not give me the car I had reserved or the equivalent. After an hour at the counter I had to insist that I get the car I had reserved (or equivalent) at the price I had reserved it. In the end, I had to pay more and did not get a 4 wheel drive. I had to add over 100 miles to my travel to avoid a snowy route.

The car lacked a tire air pressure cap on the front right tire. A safety catastrophe waiting to happen. I will be contacting Avis for a FULL REFUND.

Third world service. The car wasn't clean, not on time, the front window had a crack, on return at the airport there were no signs where to return, etc....

Cons:

The car was good, but it didn't have any modern safety sistem.

I did not get the car they did not have an automatic and I tried to cancel additional insurance coverage but never could do this on my phone so I wasted $90 plus car rental fee.

long wait times on both ends-- took over an hour to wait in line and sign the paperwork. the car itself was great and had no problems! however also had difficulty returning the keys-- no one was at the desk and eventually just had to leave it with someone

This was a scam. Deceptive marketing with hidden fees and predatory practices on the consumer. I canceled reservation onsite , didn’t take the car and will never use them or affiliate rental companies. I will never recommend them.

Online your able to pay with an American Express Card. When you get there after a long flight and a a long drive from Mimai Airport to get there....they tell you we do not accept American Express cards. Mr and two other customers went through the same thing...there was a lot of upset people in the same boat...yelling, arguing. I will never use them again! Stop accepting American Express online for carwiz!
