Pros:Easy experience from beginning to end. Didn't have Compacts available, so was given a truck. Gas mileage was still ok, though.

Cons:Car was dirty n smelled bad. Plus look like the whole car was wrecked before

4.8 Mediocre
Pros:Picking up the car in El Paso was fine. The woman at the counter was friendly with the process and helpful with directions to the major highway north.
Cons:Dropping off the car in Albuquerque was a total 180 in treatment The woman was rude and condescending. She told me that some extremely minor damage was my fault, of which I was unaware. I was TOLD to write what happened and then sign a document that said that it was my fault. Another employee sitting on the couch also TOLD me to sign it. I refused.

6.0 Okay
Pros:The inside of the car was clean, it was good value, car was in great condition, picking up the car was very quick.
Cons:The location difficult to find, since it was in an auto parts store, the guy wasn’t at his kiosk for a bit...not sure where he was, there was GPS in the car and none was offered, the outside of the car was pretty dirty...but u feed tans there dust storms, and the person working th kiosk did t seem happy for my business or happy that he was there. Picking up the car did t involve much. There was not quick review of the car or explanation of anything. Had me a little worried.

7.6 Good
Pros:The staff at pick up was terrible. His name is Mack and provided awful service. I had reserved a full size suv and he kept insisting he only had mini vans. I informed him I needed a 4X4 vehicle and he said “a car is a car” regardless of my needs. He was rude and not friendly nor understanding
Cons:Mack needs a training on customer service

Pros:While I reserved my vehicle weeks ahead of time, I waited in line over an hour and a half. Also the vehicle was unclean and had scratches and was damages.
Cons:Make the experience better for people who are spending hundreds of dollars to rent use Kayak and the rental car companies.

10.0 Wonderful
Pros:Service at El Paso was great. Due to storm delay we had to rent the car an extra day. One phone call and it was done.
