Pros:They didn't give us a car even though we had a online reservations. The reason I was given is because their desk system takes 4 hours to synchronize with their online reservation system.
Cons:The lady working the desk was not helpful at all and very patronizing when describing to us why she couldn't just rent us a car even though we had a online reservation. After her explanation we asked if we could make a booking with her, she took 10 minutes to tell us how the rates at the desk would be $300 (it looked like this was just made up) for 3 days instead of the online quoted price of $84 but after all that she said she had no cars. All in all one of the worst customer service travel encounters I've had in my life.

Pros:They lied about the amount. They did not have the car we reserved. Was over 1,000 more than quoted for a week rental!

Cons:They don't accept American car insurance companys. That what i was told at the counter. By a ver rude woman. Wich wanted to charge me more 4 times the reservation price. Be careful with the tricks they use.

Cons:When I went to pick the car price triple do to insurance you need to have i Feel this should have disclosed Pryor to making reservations so people can budget for things like that I know every places is different but a lease the quote should have the minimum insurance price
