Cons:1. They gave us the wrong vehicle and we had to get another one delaying us for about an hour 2. They charged us for an extra hour at drop off. 3. At pick up, they told us that there was no need to inspect the vehicle, so we did not. At drop off they charged for a windshield crack that did not occur while vehicle was in our possession and told us that we should have checked the windshield and tires. The staff at Airport location in Tucson needs to sent to Disnery customer training.
Pros:Dollar did fine.
Cons:I didn’t like landing at 5:30 pm and being told Thrifty was closed and there was no way to get a car. Someone at another rental car counter told me Dollar was affiliated with Thrifty and I could get the car from them. But I spent some time thinking I was stranded.
Pros:Easy pickup, nice car.
Cons:When I extended the rental they gouged me on the price.

Cons:Price to drop off at different airport was very high even though the car we got had CA plates (did we do them a favor??)
Cons:A newer car. This car had 40,000 miles, a scratch, and soon needed an oil change.
Pros:Staff was very friendly.
Cons:They close 5 pm and I don’t have that info . I called them no answer so I called Uber and then pickup my car next day . Spent lots of time and money for Uber.
