Pros:We rented a minivan for a family trip. Very good service and the van was in great shape.
Cons:The insurance option is pricey.

Cons:Why do you rent a car that has a history of battery issues without fixing them? Also, customer service line didnt seems to understand the words I was saying.. I said I'm bringing the car in to swap it out because the battery has died twice. I didnt want to experience that the day I needed to head to the airport at 6am.. Agent tried to set up a 2 way tow, then send a truck out to jump my battery, when I had told them twice, the car has been jumped by AAA and a random person, and I'm headed into the office right now, in the rental car!
Pros:Vehicle was just what we ordered. Service was great and price was the best.
Pros:Value of the rental was good, the car felt safe to drive.
Cons:Backseat of the car was not clean, counter service condescending (tried to sell services I didn't want), unmarked damages on the vehicle at pickup - I had to call employees out to sticker dents and scrapes before leaving.
Pros:The Customer service at the pick up and drop off. The shuttle bus drives were very helpful. I didn't wait a minute to get the shuttle bus from and to the airport. Good and friendly people. Very good service in general.
Cons:The car was old. The key fob did not operate properly -- I could not lock the car on several occasions. The windshield wipers were old and did not clean the windshield -- a major problem since it was snowing most of the time we had the rental. The car heater could not be adjusted properly. And worst of all, the car was unable to climb a hill leading to a ski resort one afternoon, because it lacked snow tires or four-wheel drive. In short, we hated this car and deeply resented the carelessness of the Thrifty office. One more thing, like icing on a rancid cake, they took 40 minutes to pick us up at the airport when we landed, though their office was 5 minutes away. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS.
