Pros:The interface is user friendly
Cons:The ability to select resort and room features like pool Jacuzzi and distance from beach or local attractions.
Pros:The manager for "pickup" was EXCELLENT!!! British guy. He stayed late, since our flight was delayed multiple times. Terrific dude. Car was clean, filled up, and ready to go. Drop off was easy. All in, great deal.
Cons:The car was kinda laggy, even as a fairly new vehicle (18k miles). It was fine for the money, but Sentras sure have gone down in quality from how I remember them.
Cons:The van we rented broke down 45 min after we picked it up. Called the office and they said they would send someone 2 1/2 hours later no one had showed up so I had to go pick up my boyfriend and we parked and locked the van took the keys back to the office. The manager was finally there and he said they had us a brand new mini van to exchange. The only problem was it seated 7 people and we had 8. That is why we rented a 12 passenger van. Then he told the lady to refund us for whatever we hadn't used. This is when I lost it!!! You rent us a van that breaks down 45 min after we pick it up you leave us sitting on the side of the road for 2 1/2 hours and you don't want to give us a full refund. I forgot the part about the lady in the office hung up on my boyfriend told him she could serve him better if she wasn't on the phone with him and hung up. This was our first and last experience with Thrifty. We went to enterprise and got a 12 passenger van and had wonderful service and a great trip on thanks to Thrifty. They are suppose to refund my credit card for a full refund, but another customer in the office said it took him 21 days to get his refund. Terrible experience all the way around.

Pros:The staff at pick-up and turn-in were helpful, friendly, professional without being pushy. When we got tied-up in traffic and called ahead, they did not charge me extra for being 1/2 hr late to turn in. The vehicle was new and was in great condition.
Pros:This is the second time I've rented with them and both times I've gotten the free upgrade to brand new Jeeps! The Jeeps were immaculate and the service was very friendly.
Pros:Efficiency of check-in and return, staff, price.
Cons:When I arrived to the rental place and told them I was driving out of state they told me the price would be triple what I was quoted and it would be best to rent a different car. I ended up not renting from a Thrifty.
