Pros:Value and friendly staff professional and courteous Wonderful
Cons:Nothing it was perfect
Pros:Shuttle was waiting at airport as soon as we walked out the door, staff at Thrifty were efficient, car was better than expected, shuttle driver back to airport was very nice & personable
Cons:Staff tried sell insurance, coolers, bear spray & tried scare tactics to sell the unnecessary insurance. Staff member accepting our return of car was rude.

Cons:The courtesy of the desk staff was not welcoming. Also had a flat tire & when I called the office to find out what I should do in order to get another car I was told with an attitude that they don’t have the staff to assist me & that I have to get the tire changed & return the car with a full tank
