Cons:No windshield wiper fluid
Pros:First rental assigned to us smelled like smoke but thrifty was ok to switch us to a different car.
Cons:Very nice car.
Cons:Showed up to pick up my car after getting a confirmation and there were no cars! There were several people standing around waiting and I was told that I might get a car in 3 to 4 hours. I had them cancel my reservation and I rented a car the next day somewhere else!!
Pros:Yes the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, I definitely would come back in the future. The whole process went smoothly and I am extremely satisfied.
Pros:Our rental ended up being through hertz since i guess they all share a counter down there. So not really any interaction with Thrifty.
Cons:JUST DON'T USE PRICELINE. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY TO WORK WITH. Especially during covid.

Cons:I didn't like the condition of the car. It was white and new, but when they pulled the tape off the door handles it left the tape residue on all the doors and it was very visible.
Pros:Drop off was very easy.
Cons:My reservation has for 1600, but they had no cars available and I, along with several others, waited an hour before they started being able to give people cars.
