Pros:Room was very clean. Beds were very comfortable.
Cons:Breakfast was alright, but could've been better.
Pros:Typical HIE, nothing special, nothing bad except for the WiFi problems and staff nonchalance about it.
Cons:After checking in and using the room, I discovered the WiFi for the property was inoperable. Called the front desk, was told it was not going to be working that night; upon asking why i wasn't told that prior to my checking in, I got a very casual "oh, I don't know who checked you in, they probably should have told you" and that was it. That is not acceptable to me, I had a couple hours of business to take care of on my computer that night. I will not be staying here again.
