The beds were very comfortable
The TV seemed too small for the room
Staff, cleanliness, location
smoking area should be fenced to prevent entrance from parkinglot...otherwise well lighted and convenient
Location, cleanliness, friendly staff.
Bed was very bad. Advertised as adjustable firmness but both were broken in our room 133. We slept separate so as not to disturb each other rolling to the middle of the bed. Also my wife's bed had a dip right at shoulder level had to use extra pillow.
It was convenient, very clean and i loved the decor.
The sitting area in the courtyard. It was so nice. We sat and watched it rain under the purgola. Beautiful.
Same great guest service that I'm used to from Hilton staff.
Room was not as classy as I'm used to. It was okay, but less like a Hilton and more like a holiday inn.
Staff, the location, and room cleanliness was awful.
Staff was not too friendly.
i was nice place to stay right at the airport..
can't find parking, guess can park for free but they sale parking for the air port as well. staff don't care about your stay, no free breakfast.
Cleanliness, staff, proximity to the airport, free shuttle, and reasonable parking rate.
It was clean
They only take credit cards.
Loved the fridge, microwave and keruig
Beds were a little hard and room was a little small. If it was bigger it would have been perfect. The hot tub was not hot like it should be only a little warmer than the pool.
Frig and bed
My hotel stay was the probably the worst I have had in a very long time. There were mens shoes left in the room I was given. I am guessing from the last guest. The beds were so uncomfortable. We probably managed three hours of sleep
The staff was great.
Doing construction. The pool and hot tub was dirty and the room was clean but had a bad smell.
Room was clean and comfortable. No noise problems even though it's right next to the airport.
A bathroom next to the pool was being remodeled. There was a toilet, sink and several broken pieces of tile around the pool side. No towels were available at the pool either. Had to ask for a roll away three times before it was delivered and it was broken
Staff was borderline rude, uncaring. Room seemed like the floor was about to fall in and it was tilted. Drawers would not close, bed was not level.
The size and layout of the room. It was very comfortable.
Not enough staff at the front desk to accommodate the influx of guests. Also it's not a very convenient location for checking out most of the Tulsa attractions although it was nice and close for Mohawk Park.
Nothing was particularly special about this hotel.
I can not express how terrible the beds were, never in my life have I slept in a bed that hard, other guests agreed. Breakfast was advertised as free, when in fact it was over $10/person. Pool hard entirely too much chlorine and burned our eyes.
Location and Interior decor
Spa jacuzzi was out of service
Pool Was Small And Hallways Dirty They Were Updating And Had No Consideration ForThe Guests
The front desk staff was great and very accommodating.
Toilet would flush, then take an hour to recharge. Some disgusting mess on the inside of one of the comforters, poor vacuuming, nasty white film on t.p. dispenser, some kind of tape on the ceiling, no plug for the bathtub.
Good location, easy to get to and find. Room was nice.
No free breakfast. Breakfast was expensive. $6+ for a cereal bar. $10+ for the hot food bar.
The front desk person seemed overwhelmed and walked out, leaving a line of people waiting to check in.
Excellent a/c unit and thermostat, comfortable bed, nice channel selections, great location, large lobby.
Found several hairs on the linen, outdated decor in hallways and room (felt like we were on the set of the 'Golden Girls'), the first front desk clerk was somewhat rude and incompetent.
Bathroom was not very clean. Hair on floor. Dirty tracks on floor
Although this hotel was located by the airport, I never once heard any plans. It was a very nice stay and the room was beautiful.
Staff was very friendly, accomodating and helpful. Room was very clean. Would stay here again.
Older hotel well maintained. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was good but a little pricy. Rooms are adequate beds are good. Best part is free shuttle to airport and parking is only $3/day for guests ($5/day otherwise) if your flying somewhere. Parking is free while you're staying at the hotel. Much better than getting up super early and driving to Tulsa for a 7am flight!
The hotel was over priced for the condition of the furnishings and ammenities offered. Will look elsewhere the next time I need a hotel near the airport.
Nice hotel. friendly staff. comfy rooms. Room complaints were thin walls, lumpy pillows and small bathroom. loved the free wireless access. breakfast was nice, a little pricey. Really nice for SO close to the airport. A little far from attractions but wonderful for catching the early morning flight.
Good hotel, has a few issues with the check-in clerk. The business center was closed due to some water leak. Room Service is an added plus, except the food is quite pricey as one would expect. Also there is nothing around in terms of eating establishments, closest place is roughly 3 1/2 miles away.
