Designed to provide intimate indoor and outdoor space for each bedroom, each guest can enjoy complete privacy as the bedrooms are completely independent. The property offers large gathering spaces, 13,000 sq.ft. tropical gardens, 5 swimming pools, outdoor lounges and a bonfire. The rooms revolve around the spectacular main pool, garden fire and lounge with views of the jungle from sunrise to sunset. Our kitchen is the heart of the house, the space where the magic operates in the benevolent comfort of our complete services which bring you together around a good meal and a beautiful table. Sharing and conviviality are at the center of our values, without forgetting entertainment! At the table or around the crackling bonfire by the pool, our team takes care to cook the freshest ingredients directly from local fishing and farms from local suppliers. We are located in a quiet lane adjacent to the beach access road, the most famous restaurants and beach clubs are only a 15 minute drive away. Within walking distance, the neighborhoods of La Veleta and Aldea Zama and their restaurants, shops, grocery stores and activities. The property has free parking spaces for your rentals. Airport transfers and a van with driver to move around Tulum and its surroundings can be organized by our team (additional cost). ECO - Our commitment is to preserve this beautiful paradise, for this we minimize our waste and avoid single-use plastics. Our amenities are organic and locally made, and presented in refillable bottles. There is a tap with osmosis filtered water in the kitchen. For weddings and events, we require a specific rental contract, obtaining a permit is mandatory and additional fees apply. All the services performed inside the property must be contracted with our team, no outside vendors. Noisy parties are strictly prohibited by local authorities, only the guests sleeping at the villa are allowed on the property grounds.
