Pros:
The car itself was nice, a Hyundia Elantra, but it was a smoker's car. We had to buy an air freshener and keep the windows cracked to be able to survive the smell. Also, 2 hours before I was going to pick it up, the manager called to say we could not return it to the Jackson airport, even though it was the way I had booked it. My husband (who is a lawyer) had to talk the manager through the legal ramifications to get him to honor what the reservation stated. And, the tabs for the license plate had expired in Sept 2020 (we rented the car in April, 2021). Even though, in the end, we did get the manager to agree to let us return the car to the Jackson airport, it was an unpleasant experience. The only thing good was that the price of the car rental. It was very reasonable.7.6 Good
