I liked the in-house café, the café in the lobby, the elevator, and the maids checking and resupplying my room. The front desk staff were helpful and professional. Marina, the restaurant manager also was friendly, helpful and professional.
I wish they would repair the old restaurant and relocate the present on there. There were days when the rooms were cold. A little bit more of supervision in the lobby would be helpful as far as teenagers and children making noise and the need to have intoxicated individuals leave sooner in their state of drunkenness. It would be great to have pastries and sandwiches in the lobby at the coffee bar as they had before. One elevator was often out of service in the 13 floor hotel. Also the guests from India did too much cooking in their rooms creating strange smells. Overall I was mostly ok with everything.
