Excellent service and hotel location. Constantly felt a part of Venice
The rooms were just like Venice itself - fairytale like. Our daughter aged 8 felt like a princess.
Our room overlooked a rather ugly covered inner courtyard.
Location & staff. The staff is excellent and very friendly.
Meals on the balcony overlooking the Grand Canal and the location.
