the hotel staff - do like they care but they really don't!
The position of the hotel is right in the centre and it takes nearly 3 minutes to st.Marks sqr. And also the private transfer from the airport was so comfortable.
Wonderful settings, excellent location, a beautiful building. Enjoyed the delicious "Corto Maltese" cocktail at the fabulous bar.
The cost of the breakfast buffet at 110 euro per person a bit high to digest !
Great location, attentive staff and service was great. The bar menu on the terrace could have offered some more choice and was a little expensive but the views were amazing.
Would have been nice to have some wine in the mini bar and maybe some spirits available.
Excellent service and hotel location. Constantly felt a part of Venice
The rooms were just like Venice itself - fairytale like. Our daughter aged 8 felt like a princess.
Our room overlooked a rather ugly covered inner courtyard.
Location & staff. The staff is excellent and very friendly.
Meals on the balcony overlooking the Grand Canal and the location.
