Pros (+) The location is absolutely amazing. Right beside everything that's happening but once you go in, it's very nice and quiet. Room was clean, washroom as well. Check in was painless though we arrived really late, the owner left a note on the front desk and marked the room with name. Breakfast was great as well. Pros (+) The location was excellent. The breakfast in the morning was basic but good but is the same every day. The room had A/C which is a must in Venice in summer. No TV which was Ok. We had to do early checkout in the morning and the hosts were generous enough to provide breakfast before the daily breakfast start time.
