This hotel should get maximum points for being able to ruin a perfect chance to impress by offering such a low staffing level which of course results in client dissatifaction. We were told to go to another hotel for a drink as they maintained that the restaurant bar was reserved for clients that were dining.We had booked half board so why could we not have a drink and eat later!!!!! This hotel was a real dissapointment.
Scenary when cloud lifts is fantastic and the comfort of the room.
We had to go to another hotel for our food as there was a problem at the hotel when we stayed. We could not find out what the problem was as the desk person did not speak english.
