Gorgeous hotel accentuated in red, gold and marble. Fitting for royalty. Excellent service for the most part. Nicest hotel I have had the pleasure of staying at.
Concierge wasn't the most friendly. Would have loved a pool/ jacuzzi option. Understand it's a non traditional request, but it would be a nice addition.
The stay was made great with the excellent staff and their service.
