Getting charged for the night I didn't spend there.
Comfortable bed and room cleanliness.
The option to choose 1 or 2 beds in the room through Priceline.Nice, clean, easy to find and great value!
The king sized bed
The 'non-smoking' hotel and room smelled like a dirty ashtray. The staff just shrugged.Unless there is a death in the family and you have no where else to stay during the funeral, this is a bit better than under a culvert on the side of a major highway.
requested 2 queen size beds, received one king size bed. Clerk would not change the accommodation to a different bed. Thank goodness our granddaughter is only 10 years old. Otherwise I would have been in the desk chair for the night.Room was clean, although we did find a spider in the bed.
It was in a good location
I had to kill 2 coach roaches inside the room....
Conveniently located on the route we were traveling
It was close to the highway. Price was good. We were just passing through and needed a place to sleep overnight. It was easy to get in and out. The room was cool and we slept pretty comfortably.
The breakfast area is small. The breakfast options were okay, but by the time my family arrived (around 9am) they had run out of milk. Also, there was a water leak from the room above us. Front desk didn't seem overly surprised or terribly concerned. If you are traveling on highway 51 or 69 and are looking for an inexpensive and convenient place to stop then this is it. We were there long enough to sleep and eat breakfast. We found that the wifi works well and the rooms are cool and pretty clean. The two-star rating is appropriate.
Nothing... The price was too high for the service it provided.
The staff was rude (front desk) and not trained in the art of customer service. The room had many maintenance issues that needed to be addressed: wallpaper falling off the wall, electrical problems(wall mounted hair dryer could not be plugged in) etc..Very poor. Not recommended by this traveler. The staff was rude (front desk) and not trained in the art of customer service. I really can't say I liked anything about this place.
It was so noisy, I didn't sleep most of the night. It was on a busy corner so there was traffic, sirens, and general noise. In the middle of the night , Simone, I think management, decided to rearrange furniture in the room directly above us for hours! My recommendation: pray that you don't get a days inn when you bid on Priceline. I've never had a good experience with them.
