Convenient location. Easy in and out.
Even though it is past pool season, the pool was obviously in need of repair and had trash floating in it. Took away from the overall appearance of the facility.
Didn't stay the nite checked out at 10pm due to an emergency at home!!
Dirty and they did not leave coffee in my room to make
Its a good inexpensive option in an area with limited hotels staff are nice and it has what you nedd for a few nights stay.
Air conditioning is LOUD its like they are doing road work oursiide your room plugs in sinks never work and tv has a very poor quality picture making it tough to watch
It was clean friendly staff
The breakfast room was to small only room for four people
Had to take a smoking room. I do not smoke.
good easy to find location
no frills, unfriendly staff
The breakfast was awful. The food that was suppose to be warm was cold and there was no microwave to heat it up. Even though I requested a non smoking room they put me in a smoking room. I will not recommend or stay at this place again.
The staff was helpful and friendly. The pool was big. Room was comfortable.
Spider in tub and no A/C was turned on when we arrived for the first night. Also the refrigerator was not cold.
I loved the spacious room and the double beds. The breakfast waffles were great too.
Getting charged for the night I didn't spend there.
Comfortable bed and room cleanliness.
The option to choose 1 or 2 beds in the room through Priceline.
The king sized bed
The 'non-smoking' hotel and room smelled like a dirty ashtray. The staff just shrugged.
requested 2 queen size beds, received one king size bed. Clerk would not change the accommodation to a different bed. Thank goodness our granddaughter is only 10 years old. Otherwise I would have been in the desk chair for the night.
It was in a good location
I had to kill 2 coach roaches inside the room....
Conveniently located on the route we were traveling
It was close to the highway. Price was good. We were just passing through and needed a place to sleep overnight. It was easy to get in and out. The room was cool and we slept pretty comfortably.
The breakfast area is small. The breakfast options were okay, but by the time my family arrived (around 9am) they had run out of milk. Also, there was a water leak from the room above us. Front desk didn't seem overly surprised or terribly concerned.
Nothing... The price was too high for the service it provided.
The staff was rude (front desk) and not trained in the art of customer service. The room had many maintenance issues that needed to be addressed: wallpaper falling off the wall, electrical problems(wall mounted hair dryer could not be plugged in) etc..
I really can't say I liked anything about this place.
It was so noisy, I didn't sleep most of the night. It was on a busy corner so there was traffic, sirens, and general noise. In the middle of the night , Simone, I think management, decided to rearrange furniture in the room directly above us for hours!
It was only about 100 yards from the highway we were traveling. (That was a downs side also.)
There was a water puddle on the sidewalk just outside our room door that you had to set in entering or exiting our room. Toilet was not properly secured to the floor, and the room had lots of noise from the surrounding area.
The room was very clean.
The front desk was less than helpful with some things.
The only reason we chose this hotel was that it had a pool and had a vacancy on the dates requested. We got to the hotel, hot and sweaty from a fun-filled day at the Renassaince Festival and check in. We ask if the pool is open, the clerk says yes. We go down there, the pool is locked AND there is a dead bird floating in the water. We go back to the desk and tell her and she says 'oh yeah, the filter is broken, there is a guy working on it and it will be open tomorrow morning.' So we go to our rooms. The next day, the bird is (obviously) still dead and still floating. We tell the clerk that we are dissatisfied with our stay and explain the want of a clean working pool. She basically told us take it or leave it and we left. We managed to find a hotel 20 miles away that had a clean pool and curtious staff. The rooms were nice and clean and the breakfast was pretty good, but the staff and obviously the pool were terrible.
Each year we stay here for a nearby family reunion. This hotel use to be a nice place to stay. But, not this time. The door lock was broken and security was breached. The pool was green and could not be used. The complimentary breakfast was sparse w/nothing much left to eat 30 minutes after it began. So, all in all, BAD and will look for somewhere else to stay while in Waggoner Ok.
My friend and I came in to town for a weekend. We had both called a head of time to get details and the scoop on the hote. The front desk told us how clean the rooms were . . . so not true. We had black mold in our first room on the ceiling and so many ants we thought the runner board was black not only that but my sheets had black tire tracks on them. . .after we asked for another room we got much attitude from the front desk as if we had done something wrong. She hadn't even gotten our room details figured out from the first room nor did she know how much the room would be. After we pulled everything into our new room we left for the night to come back to a missing smoke detector. . thats right no working smoke detector and more ants, the toilet was not cleaned, there was trash under and to the side of the bed, something had ate through the curtains that didn't stay shut, the tub was soooo gross with hair and smoke burns *even know it was a 'non-smoking' room. When we left the front desk still could not figure our total out without calling the main number then they tried to not give us the disccount we were promised. When we asked to talk to the manager who is also the owner she said no because he was sleeping in the other room. . at the hotel. . IT WAS SOOOOO BAD PLEASE TAKE MY WORD!!!! SOOO BAD!
The front desk service was less than friendly and helpful. I called the hotel directly and was rudely told I could not have the online travel website price. I went back on line and got it.
