Needs more attention to details. No one wheel or with luggages. Ice machine was broken. No upgrade even if the hotel wasn’t full. Asked for late check out was told no. Then someone called and said ok.

Pros (+) The infinity pool and waterfront location are nice, although the beach is not right in front of the property.
Cons (-) The construction and service were horrible!!!we could not even open our curtains because the construction guys were right there! You also get Nickle and dined for everything, including renting cabanas and snorkel gear.

Pros (+) The pool, beach, and our lower level rooms were not affected by construction. It was not very intrusive and I hardly noticed. The updated room was very nice. Service was very friendly and I didn't get any uncaring vibes from any of the staff I encountered.
Cons (-) Unfortunately the kids pool area was under construction, but we made due with the main family pool. We stayed away from the adult only pool so I can't comment on that. For young kids, any pool is great. But this one was too deep in most parts for really young kids like ours. But they still had fun of course.
