Pros:Comfortable bed.
Cons:The rooms smelled bad, but the hallways smelled worse, like smoke/BO/wet dog. First room's shower drain was clogged upon arrival and hot water didn't work, and it took over 16 hours/2 visits to front desk before someone came to look at it, and ultimately allowed me to switch rooms. Saw the same cigarette butt on the entryway staircase for 5 days in a row. TV remote didnt work, bathroom hooks were broken off wall, A/C filter hadn't been changed in months, and my room was missing it's smoke detector. I wasn't expecting top-quality for a cheap, short-term stay, but all of the facilities felt dirty and neglected. Hotel staff were inflexible and only seemed to do the bare minimum in providing customer service.
Pros:Low cost and close to the VA hospital.
Cons:Definitely was a smoking room in the past. Many stains throughout the room. Shower was dirty. When I arrived to check in, there was nobody at the front desk until a man wearing nothing but a towel came out and called for someone else who was working there to check me in.
