Gorgeous hotel, updated and clean, showers mediocre, must try salted caramel cake.
30 min taxi to rail. No airport shuttle offered.
The bed was very hard. The room service was a disaster. They gave us bread with fungus!! and a pitch of water to make coffe!!
Kind helpful staff
Booked 5 weeks ahead of time, confirmed my reservation via email the day before and was still double booked and unable to stay at the hotel. Poor business practice to do that to people.
I always adore that special white tea smell of the westin. The building itself was beautiful... All glass...the girl w the red hair in the front was super sweet and as always the hotel room was very clean and well kept. Always love the Westin!
It can be scary when booking online, but this place turned out way better than I thought it would be for the price we paid. The rooms were great we just stayed one night but wish we could have stayed longer.
the bartenders were not very friendly and it was a little expensive.
I had a very good experience in the restaurant - excellent cuisine and service
view from the window and restaurant. And interior design was very classy and nice.
The small store inside the hotel. Price and open hours were unrealistically unfair. Even if the only store I went was that store, I could see that it's unfairly expesnsive.
