Cons (-) Staff was terrible. When I went out, some personal belongs went missing from my room when it got cleaned and I informed a manager but they didn't seem to care. When I arrived back one night, I asked about room service and the front desk agent acted like I was bothering her and refused to make any eye contact with me

Pros (+) The hotel was clean and had all the amenities you might need during your stay. Parking garage has in and out privileges. Hotel is quiet & beds are comfortable. There is a Dunkin' Donuts across the street.
Cons (-) Don't stay here if you are hoping to be close to Boston. It's definitely outside the city. It is easy to find though. It's located just off the highway.
