Comfy beds, good size bathroom, microwave and refrigerator, pillows seemed OK I always travel with my own extra kudos to Hotel Employee on the front desk.
no plates or utensils in mini kitchenette.
Great staff and accomodations. Perfect for family travel.
Staff were very polite and helpful. Room was very clean and large. Beds were terrific and comfortable. Room temperature was always as it should be. The complimentary breakfast the next morning was fabulous. Real value for the money spent.
It was somewhat hard to find. GPS almost a must.
Clean, good breakfast, exercise room, lots of tv channels
Ad said rooms had dvd player they didn't. We got a sweet but it really wasn't, small with one room. No pool, no spare blankets in the room.
The staff and room were excellent. The hotel location was worked well for my stay. The breakfast buffet was worth every penny. the rooms were quiet and comfortable and well maintained.
Still a little expensive for personal use. We attended a wedding.
Very friendly, accommodating staff, pet friendly, a little secluded so you don't feel like you are sitting on a highway.
The staff is always very friendly and helpful.
We had a bit of trouble with the tv remote - operator error, I think.
That a Better hotel was just across the street.
Staff was not accommodating. Hotel furniture was dated, room stunk. The 'deal' was not much less than retail, we were treated like sub-standard guests, because we did not book through them. We chose a competing hotel at retail for our last 2 nights.
The staff was friendly and helpful
The curtains did not fully close allowing too much light to get in the room.
We arrived after midnight. The clerk was alert and friendly.
Rooms were very clean and secure. Staff was extremely friendly. Free breakfast buffet with REAL food (eggs, bacon, biscuits, gravy, etc., etc.). A little hard to find, kind of tucked away in a residential area, but close to everything you would ned. Would definitely stay again.
Poor Building Safety My room card didn't work on my second night there. I was forced to walk from the back of the building to the front entrance late at night. I got all the way up to my room just to find out my card didn't work on my room either. There were some intoxicated guests in the parking lot on my first night. I'd take that into consideration if you're female and planning on staying there alone. Accidents are Ok! I fell in the shower but was not hurt. I don't drink and am in pretty good shape. The checkout clerk didn't seem interested when I told her what had happened. You would think they would want to make sure the tub was clean and the traction strips in the tub were still good. The Burden is on you to get things fixed: Had to call 2 consecutive times to get the internet fixed and prove it wasn't my laptop to Checkout Clerk does not care...... When I explained everything above and said i wouldn't be back, the clerk said ' I can understand why you wouldn't want to stay here again, Is that the card you want to pay with?'. Corporate doesn't care: I complained and got a stock email and they are sending me $60 worth of generic coupons to make up for my $455 disaster.
Nice location to visit northwestern Vinyards. Clean rooms, nice staff and they treated my standard poodle, Gaspar, very well.
Bravo. We found a hotel where the air is not polluted by smokers. This is a clean and comfortable hotel near the Skyline Drive.
Smokers beware! This hotel has a very strict no-smoking anywhere in the building policy and no accomodations for smokers. They do not mention this anywhere on their Web site or when you make your reservation. When you arrive, they put a big red stamp on your check-in form and ask to initial it. THEN they tell you that if you smoke in their hotel, they will charge you a fine of $250 a day for every day of your reservation. Moreover, if you leave early, they will refuse to refund your money!
First time stay - we loved it and will go back. Staff (Jason) was most helpful. No stress. Clean, clean, clean
