Front desk employee!!! Very, very nice!!! check out time was at noon!! extremely clean!! Great breakfast!!! Thank you!!
I was under the impression through Priceline there was a spa, and there wasn't one. And the pool was heated, and it was freezing. No bathtub in the room either. Definitely not romantic for our anniversary.
Unwillingness to accommodate (or even request) bedding request in contrast to Priceline directions to consult hotels for what their 'standard room' is. Ie: no flexibility!
It was close to our field that my son's team played at. Liked the breakfast area and location was good.
the closeness to the event we were to attend.
the rest room in the room we were staying, my husband fell in the shower and hurt his leg. The staff was very nice and sent someone right away to fix the shower tub area. they have to put a coating of nonslip stuff on the tubs and this one was not done. All in all the stay was nice , the room clean and staff very accommodating. I would stay there again. They said we would be comped our room rate . We are waiting to see if this is done.
Breakfast was very nice and eating area very clean.
Hotel had no sign visible from main road. No smoking hotel was a plus, but as you entered the front doors people standing on the porch smoking and you had to walk through the smoke to check in.Bed spread was not very appealing and stains on the chair and foot stool in our room. Otherwise the room was nice and the bathroom very large and clean. Good breakfast and very clean eating area. I think for the cost of the room they need to take care of the small issues.
It was clean, nice dinning area, a good breakfast.
When I got there, I thought I told them I had AAA, didn't use it on my bill, also they charged me for long distant calls, in which I called my cousin, whom lives approximately 1 0r 2 miles from the hotel. That is why we stayed there.
The hotel was very clean and quiet. I also enjoyed the beautiful public spaces!
Good roomsWhen check in I told the staff my room book with Priceline.they ask me for a credit card for accidental, but I was charge for this room on my credit card also with price line. I call them the next day and ask for the manager and she wasn't there. I told them my problem and they said the manager would have to make the adjustments.I say ok please have the manager call me when the problem is fix. They said ok. Next day came and nobody call me.so I call them about 1:pm and the manager said I just came in and I will check into the problem and call u back.So she did and said they fix the double charge.what I don't understand is one person says one thing and the other person says another thing.it's very confusing.I don't want to use Priceline if the hotel is going to charge me also, and the hotel price was cheaper. I thought that Priceline guarantee they was the cheapest.I would like a response to this. Thank u Jerry Stone
