The staff was great especially Adam and Frannie! I like the cats!
The breakfast needs more hot foods
Frendly staff at the front desk. Good breakfast.
Attendant at breakfast was not very freindly.Thi9s is basically an old motel that has been modernized. We enjoyed our stay as the staff at the front desk was freindly, the room was clean, the bed comfortable and the breakfast was decent. Location was perfect for us, right off the interestate with numerous dinner choices nearby.
The location and price is what we liked best. It is very close to shopping and restaurants and relatives.
The bathroom was clean but worn: It needs caulking and grout replaced. There was a cold draft. I didn't think about possibly putting a towel at the foot of the door to solve the problem.Being a motel the room doors are exposed to the elements and do not keep out road noise well. The metal frames that surround the door, window and outer wall conduct the cold into the room during the cold winter months. I've stayed here before and it is best in the Spring and Fall.
The only rooms they had left were smoking. The staff blamed PriceLine. I do too.
Location was excellent. Just off highway and near plenty of restaurants.
There were a lot of construction crews staying there. They were hanging out in front of rooms drinking and smoking. Felt uncomfortable walking back to room.Good location and clean!!!
Large room, updated Decore, location by highway
It was across the street from our rally point.
The rooms were dirtyWe had dead bugs on the carpet, other peoples hair on the wall in the shower stall and they have old squeaky mattresses.
Easy to find & convenient to the Skyline Drive and Blue Ridge Parkway
Odor in the room. We should have asked for a smoke-free room.Good value for hotel in this area
location. Close to resturants, highway and shopping.staff was friendly. Informed clerk at front desk that hot water in shower would not shut off. He wrote down the information and informed me taht he would let maintance know.
